JIN JIN began with Sohn’s personal journey. While working in London’s fast-paced creative industry, she started to burn out. That’s when her father introduced her to a traditional enzyme drink from East Asia.
“The taste was unforgettable — tangy, complex, slightly sweet. But what truly struck me was how I felt afterwards: lighter, clearer, more balanced.”
Intrigued, Sohn returned to Thailand, her home country, and journeyed across East Asia, where she discovered the centuries-old tradition of enzyme fermentation, known in Japan as Koso. Inspired by its role in everyday wellbeing, she felt called to share this wisdom with others.
“It became my mission to share this amazing drink with the world.”
Named after her mother, JIN JIN is her way of bridging cultures and traditions, reimagining an ancient ritual for modern life. Every bottle is made with intention, care, and a dedication to helping people feel good, naturally.
