Is JIN JIN a kombucha?
No, JIN JIN isn’t a kombucha. It’s a traditional-style enzyme cordial, fermented differently and concentrated. You dilute it yourself. It’s a daily ritual, not a ready-to-drink bottle.
How do I drink JIN JIN?
Pour 20ml into a glass and top with 200ml–250ml of still or sparkling water. That’s your base. From there, experiment: add to juice, cocktails, smoothies.It’s endlessly adaptable.
When should I drink JIN JIN?
Anytime that suits you. People love it first thing in the morning, after lunch to support digestion, or as an alcohol-free evening wind-down.
What does JIN JIN taste like?
Tangy, slightly sweet, and complex. Somewhere between tamarind, sour plum, and a hint of fermented fruit. If you like bold flavours, you’ll feel right at home.
Is JIN JIN good for you?
We don’t make health claims but JIN JIN is naturally rich in beneficial bacteria and enzymes thanks to its live fermentation process. It’s a drink you feel.

Does JIN JIN need to be refrigerated?
JIN JIN is shelf-stable between 4–40°C. Keep it in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Once opened, store in the fridge but not colder than 4°C.
How much JIN JIN should I drink?
Our recommended serve is 20ml diluted with 200ml water (1:10 ratio), but you can adjust to taste.
There are no known side effects from higher intake, excess enzymes are naturally excreted.
