Gut Health Breakfast
Inspired by gut health pioneer Dr Tim Spector — probiotic kefir and yoghurt finished with fruit, seeds, and a drizzle of JIN JIN.
Ingredients
- 75ml Kefir
- 75ml Greek Yoghurt
- Handful of mixed nuts & seeds
- Handful of fresh berries or chopped fruit
- 20ml JIN JIN
- Optional: a spoon of nut butter
Method
- Mix kefir and yoghurt in a bowl. Add nut butter if desired.
- Top with fruit, nuts, and seeds.
- Drizzle 20ml JIN JIN.
- Eat fresh.
