Inspired by gut health pioneer Dr Tim Spector — probiotic kefir and yoghurt finished with fruit, seeds, and a drizzle of JIN JIN.

Ingredients
  • 75ml Kefir
  • 75ml Greek Yoghurt
  • Handful of mixed nuts & seeds
  • Handful of fresh berries or chopped fruit
  • 20ml JIN JIN
  • Optional: a spoon of nut butter
Method
  1. Mix kefir and yoghurt in a bowl. Add nut butter if desired.
  2. Top with fruit, nuts, and seeds.
  3. Drizzle 20ml JIN JIN.
  4. Eat fresh.
