Raspberry Bites
Sweet, tangy, and full of texture, these no-bake bites bring together oats, coconut, raspberries, and JIN JIN.
Ingredients
- 40ml JIN JIN
- 100g Frozen raspberries
- 80g Gluten-free oats
- 55g Desiccated coconut
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 1 pinch of salt
Method
- Blend raspberries, oats, coconut, coconut oil, salt, and 40ml JIN JIN into a sticky dough.
- Roll, and coat if desired.
- Chill 1 hr. Store in a sealed container for up to one week.
