Energy Bites
Simple, satisfying no-bake bites infused with JIN JIN for a subtle tang — perfect for a steady mid-day pause.
Ingredients
- 70g Organic rolled oats
- 90g Dried dates, pitted
- 30g Dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 40g Smooth peanut butter
- 10ml JIN JIN
- 10–20ml Filtered water
Method
- Mix everything together until well combined.
- Roll into 10 small balls.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Store in a sealed container in the fridge. Keeps well for up to 2 weeks.
