Chocolate Mousse
Rich yet light, this dessert layers dark chocolate and tofu with JIN JIN for a velvety, plant-based indulgence.
Ingredients
- 30ml JIN JIN
- 300g Silken soft tofu
- 75g 70% dark chocolate
- Optional: toasted hazelnuts
Method
- Melt the chocolate gently using a double boiler, stirring until smooth. Let it cool slightly.
- Blend the tofu, melted chocolate, and JIN JIN until silky.
- Spoon into bowls or glasses and chill for at least 2 hours, until set.
- Top with crushed toasted hazelnuts and a drizzle of JIN JIN.
- Serve cool.
