Chocolate Mousse

Rich yet light, this dessert layers dark chocolate and tofu with JIN JIN for a velvety, plant-based indulgence.

Ingredients
  • 30ml JIN JIN
  • 300g Silken soft tofu
  • 75g 70% dark chocolate
  • Optional: toasted hazelnuts
Method
  1. Melt the chocolate gently using a double boiler, stirring until smooth. Let it cool slightly.
  2. Blend the tofu, melted chocolate, and JIN JIN until silky.
  3. Spoon into bowls or glasses and chill for at least 2 hours, until set.
  4. Top with crushed toasted hazelnuts and a drizzle of JIN JIN.
  5. Serve cool.
