Perfect for Weekdays - It is simple and easy to do. Packed full of nutrients, vitamins, and living cultures. No Cooking needed - just have to prep it overnight!
Ingredients
- 20ml JIN JIN
- 50g of oats
- 20g of frozen mixed wild berries
- 100ml of oat milk
- 1 tbsp of flaxseed, almonds, Brazil nuts & Q10
To serve: berries, yoghurt, peanut butter, granola.
Method
- Mix all ingredients well together in an air tight jar.
- Place in the fridge overnight.
- Serve with berries, yoghurt, peanut butter, granola.
